Job Level: Intern
Reports to: Sales Manager, GPP Greater China
Location: CTC Shanghai, China
Responsibilities:
• Adherence to company core values, code of conduct.
• Achieve team and personal target through personal dedication and team work
• Provide accurate, timely responses to internal process requirement
• Responsible for document filing, data processing
• Assist team to execute daily routines including key account & channel management through share gain, demand creation and new application/product development
• Contact with new customers by cold calls, follow up leads as required
• Contributes to timely communication to meet the needs of group
• Systematically collect market and competition information
• Deeply understand product portfolio, market trend and competition dynamics and share insights with team
• Provide with work report on bi-weekly basis
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
• Education: third year university or above
• Ensure 3 working days a week
• Knowledge in IT solutions, MS Office is obligatory
• Strong data processing ability
• Strong problem-solving capability in dynamic environment
• Good in interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Value diversity and be honesty
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural groups to achieve stated goals
• Proactive, aggressive, initiative, result oriented and strong ownership.
• Good written and spoken English
